The Co-Creative Leadership Alliance is a multigenerational group of leadership and leadership-development practitioners from around the world. Our association spans decades and continents, including Asia Pacific, the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East.

Individually, we’ve held roles at every level, from first-line manager to C-suite executive, across industries as diverse as consumer goods, retail, hospitality, petroleum, technology, and education. We’ve worked with frontline workers, union officials, managers, CEOs, business owners, and entrepreneurs, gaining valuable insights from them all.
