Innovative flutist Jeremy Steig spent twenty years working on this 2007 solo album, for which he did everything on his own, from composing to playing, recording, engineering, and producing. In a digital home studio he created just for this project, Jeremy carefully laid down the beat with his "bottle drums" for each tune. Then he became the entire flute band, overdubbing unique harmonies with his signature improvisations.

These fifteen tunes, which keep flowing with brief intervals, are studded with detailed nuances and emotional phrasings that reflect the dance of Jeremy's mind.
