The Easiest Way
A simple guide for solving problems
By Mabel Katz
Available in Spanish or English
We are conditioned by the past. We are controlled by our
memories, and we have become terribly addicted to suffering. The premise of this
book is to start to wake us up. It might be necessary to read the messages that
this book offers several times, since we need to change our already established
internal programs in order to once again become ourselves, and in that way be
able to set ourselves free.
It is time. In this lifetime we have the possibility to find ourselves,
claim ourselves, and discover our true identities.
We have been lost for too long. Haven't we had enough?
suffered enough? Until when are we going to continue using these disguises?
Enough of feeling that we are victims. Enough of feeling that we depend on other
people and external events to be happy. We can stop thinking and seeing
ourselves as defenseless creatures.
Let's take control, let's decide to change our lives Now! Let's stop
using our intellects so much and let's open our hearts. It is up to us.
Inside ourselves we have everything that we need to create the life that
we deserve. Let's connect with that power we have inside.
The proverb says, "The past is history, the future is a mystery, and this
moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present."
I wonder if this time you will accept it?

El hombre de las suelas de viento (1879-1891)
By David González
The English translation of the title is: The Man with the Sole of the Wind
The poet David González just published a book "The Man With the Sole of Wind."
It's a book of poems which approaches the last years of another poet, Arthur
Rimbaud, during the years of 1879-1891. What David González did, writing this
homage, is really unique; it's an act of possession and communion. The Asturian
poet wished to create a book of poems, taking 84 letters the French poet wrote
to his family and friends, where Rimbaud returns to life, tells us about his
suffering, his illness, the amputation of his leg, the labor exploitation, his
loneliness in Africa, the meanness of his work, his failure, and his anxiety
The theme of this book is anxiety and suffering. In this ribaldian vision of
González, the desperation also appears because Rimbaud was a man who navigated
in this frail nave of the desperate. David González went up to the grief of
Rimbaud not to his legend, not to his topic of being damned. He didn't chose a
Rimbaud out of tune, a Rimbaud "bad boy" who glittered at the side of Paul
Verlaine in the literary Paris. He chose a destroyed man in Africa. He chose the
twilight Rimbaud, moved away from poetry, moved away from any vanity. He chose
the Rimbaud whose only pride is to survive and not suffer anymore. Therefore,
this book of David González is special, different, and important.
