Shipping Charges

Important!!! Only books marked as EBooks with the option of Download can be ordered as a Download.  All books marked as book, booklet, hardcover, softcover, disk, audio tape, video or video tape are not downloadable books.  Only downloadable books can receive a shipping charge of $0, everything else will be charged a shipping fee based on your choice US Mail, UPS, RPS, or FedEx as shown on the Order Page.  If you choose Download for a book which is not available in Download format we will charge the minimum shipping fee based on the ship to address.

• U.S.P.S. Priority Mail - $6.00 for the first book.  Additional books add 50 cents each to shipping cost.
• U.S.P.S. Book Rate - $4.00 for the first book.  Additional books add 50 cents each to shipping cost
• UPS Commercial - $7.00 for the first book.  Additional books add 50 cents each to shipping cost
• UPS Residential - $8.00 for the first book.  Additional books add 50 cents each to shipping cost

If you wish to receive shipment by another means call for rates.

Canada:

• U.S.P.S. Surface - $6.00 for the first book.  Additional books add 50 cents each to shipping cost
• U.S.P.S. Global Priority - $10.00 for the first book.  Additional books add 50 cents each to shipping cost

Mexico:

• U.S.P.S. Global Priority - $10.00 for the first book.  Additional books add 50 cents each to shipping cost

Delivery Outside U.S., Canada or Mexico:

• U.S.P.S. Global Priority International - $12.00 for the first book.  Additional books add 50 cents each to shipping cost

E-Books: Indicated shipping rates apply to E-Books sold on disk. Also when they include printed books (HC/SC).  Orders for downloaded books, alone, should choose "Download only $0.00."
